At Skye Breeze Solutions, SBS, we create all types of presentations with a breath of fresh air. It has been many years since our family business launched its first internet web site and we wish to say thank you to our regular clients, as well as, our new customers for choosing to do business with us. We now have a new name, expanded services & an updated site but we still offer the same friendly staff and helpful customer service that our nationwide clients have come to know. MEDIA TRANSFER SERVICES: For years SBS, formerly Decades of Photos, has been in the business of transferring older media (slides, photographs and videotape), for families, professionals and businesses into digital images on CD and into video DVD slide show movies.

Families & Individuals across the country use our services to transfer older photographs or slides converted to digital pictures on CD for scrapbooking, emailing, archiving, many different computer uses or for creating video slideshow presentations on DVD. The video presentations are actual movies saved on DVD that can be projected at wedding receptions, anniversary parties or birthday celebrations or even memorial services with a computer and a digital (LCD) projector. These versatile DVD movies can be watched at home or at family gatherings with TV and a DVD player. Our customers often have VHS tapes, which gained popularity in the 1980's, that can also be converted to DVD. See our Client Comments page for recommendations.

Business clients often require old 35mm slides to be converted into digital JPEG files so they may continue to be used in PowerPoint ® presentations, newsletters, etc. Many corporations regularly train employees and need their outdated slide projection in-house training programs to be converted into digital video DVD presentations that can be easily played on a standard DVD player. Our business clients have included both small businesses and some larger corporations such as McDonnell Douglas, Xcel Energy, Bebb Asphalt, and Back to Health. For many corporate trainers aspect of updating older materials and presentations may feel daunting, but we will do our best to assist with the project.

Professionals - many teachers, lecturers, seminar instructors, trainers, amateur photographers, artists, painters, designers, semi-pro athletes, or sculptors have a lifetime of images as pictures or on slide film. Our services will preserve the images of their works in a digital format so they may easily be published, displayed on web sites, added to presentations like PowerPoint ® and others.

CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINARS - as a NEW expanded service we are now offering our own presentations for continuing education and license renewal credit hours often required for professional health care providers.

Continuing education hours or license renewal classes are a strange beast. The original concept was to encourage professionals to take the time to share information, stay current or up-to-date with new research and explore new techniques by requiring these classes. These classes are often referred to as the "required's" or "butt-time" by many seminar attendees. Why has this happened? Sharing information and staying current with new technologies should be exciting, however unfortunate as it may be, the majority of continuing education classes are on the dull side. Adults and children alike learn the best when they are being motivated so why should professionals be any different? People learn more effectively and retain more information when they are interested and involved in an activity. To accomplish this we have constructed presentations using a thematic approach to include an element of fun in our educational seminars.

The SBS Continuing Education Department will be offering these new seminars nationwide beginning in 2007. Seminars are presented by Dr. T. Lee Wilson. Our Pain Investigator - P.I. ™ seminars have been approved for massage therapists by the NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork). We are also pursuing accreditation for other health care providers. 2. Which web site should be used www.decadesofphotos.com or www.skyebreezesolutions.com? www.skyebreezesolutions.com is our new internet home. When you return to our home page, please be sure to add our new site to your "Favorites" or "Bookmarks".

3. Where should emails be sent? We suggest all emails be sent to the new email address: skyebreezesolutions@charter.net. It would be best for our clients to add our new contact information to their email address books. During this transition period we will continue to monitor and respond to emails sent through the original decadesofphotos.com email address until December of 2006.

4. Is the original web site www.decadesofphotos.com active? No. During the transition period, clients will automatically be redirected to the new www.skyebreezesolutions.com site from the original Decades site.

5. Does the original site Decades of Photos (decadesofphotos.com) and the new site Skye Breeze Solutions have the same information? The new web site, www.skyebreezesolutions.com, will eventually contain the information from the Decades site and it will also feature some expanded services such as presenting continuing education (license renewal) seminars for healthcare providers and creating video DVD presentations for other seminar providers as in business training classes.
