Transfer Service Orders

When ordering transfer services from Skye Breeze Solutions, LLC (formerly Decades of Photos) you agree to the following terms:

By requesting the services of Skye Breeze Solutions, LLC and in the submission of photographs, video, slides & music to us, you are stating that you own the copyright or have expressed written permission to use such copyrighted material. Skye Breeze Solutions, LLC cannot reproduce images that you do not own or do not hold the copyright.  All originals and reproductions remain the private property of the customer and will be returned in the same condition as received. In the unlikely event the originals become damaged or lost as a direct result of mishandling on our behalf, we will only be held liable for replacement with an equivalent amount of unexposed film and reimbursement of costs to process the film. All image CD's, DVD's & VHS tapes will be tested for viewing ability prior to shipping, however, we do not warrant the viewing ability nor the appearance of the images on your computer, television or DVD player compliance, etc. By placing an order you understand that Skye Breeze Solutions is not responsible for the loss of pictures, slides, video, music & other materials due to an act of God or loss incurred while in the possession of a mail carrier or other courier. Skye Breeze Solutions, LLC assume no other liabilities or warranties, expressed or implied. All orders once processed are final.

 

Copyrights: Skye Breeze Solutions, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability with respect to any copyright infringements and the customer hereby agrees to assume all responsibility for any and all costs and expenses incurred by Skye Breeze Solutions, LLC as a result of any legal action or as a result of an alleged copyright infringement.

 

Shipping: Skye Breeze Solutions, LLC will not be liable for photographs, slides, video, music or any other materials while in transit through the U.S. Post office or while in the possession of any other mail carrier or package courier. The consumer agrees to be liable for their photographs, slides, videos, music, etc., should they be misdirected, lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit through the U.S. Postal Service or any other mail carrier or package courier used for transport.

 

Miscellaneous - the following services are not part of Skye Breeze Solutions, LLC standard film, slide, or photograph scanning services and must be special ordered: Manual Photoshop Retouching; Scanning of physically damaged or deformed film; Cleaning or repair of film, slides, photographs, negatives, videotapes, etc.

By placing an order with Skye Breeze Solutions, LLC, the consumer understands and agrees to all the terms and conditions.
